📦 Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply on lower-value orders.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
• You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

⏳ Delays

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues
  • Public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

🔁 Returns & Replacement Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

✅ Eligible for Returns/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item

📅 Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor color/size variations (due to screen differences)
• Opened/used products (unless defective)

🔄 Replacement Process

1. Contact us at support@toyora.online with:
   • Order ID
   • Product images/videos
2. Our team will verify and approve your request.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only if replacement is not available.
• Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to:
  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank account (for COD orders)

🚫 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
